This Shipping Policy explains how Paper Hubs processes, packs, and ships orders placed through our website. Because Paper Hubs sells refurbished and pre-owned printers, shipping may sometimes require careful handling and product-specific preparation before dispatch.

After an order is placed, it goes through an internal processing stage including payment verification, product availability checks, and packaging preparation. Orders are not necessarily shipped on the same day they are placed.

7. Shipment Confirmation & 8. Tracking

After dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation email. Tracking details are provided based on carrier availability. Tracking updates are managed by the third-party carrier and may take time to refresh in their systems.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete address details. Paper Hubs is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information. If a shipment is returned due to customer error, reshipping charges may apply.

9. Delivery Attempts

Carriers attempt delivery according to their own procedures. If an order is returned because delivery could not be completed, additional shipping or handling charges may apply before reshipment.

10. Damaged Packages in Transit
